Kilian IMA GmbH & Co. KG manufactures high-performance tablet presses for the pharmaceutical industry. "Plant On Demand" was the key for increasing the flexibility and to optimizing the production. The production output can be flexibly adapted to the demand situation. Thereby the new factory combines the advantages of a site in Germany with significant benefits in efficiency and cost reduction.
